At White Rock Granola, we love creating granola flavors that are just a little unexpected, and our newest creation may be our boldest one yet.

Meet Honey Hatch Granola, a sweet, mildly spicy and seriously crunchy combination inspired by the flavors of the Southwest. 🌶️🍯

We created Honey Hatch Granola in part to celebrate Central Market’s annual Hatch Festival, when stores across Texas shine a spotlight on the famous green chiles grown in New Mexico’s Hatch Valley. Since White Rock Granola is proudly sold at Central Market, we decided it was time to join the celebration with a Hatch-inspired creation of our own.

We start with our signature gluten-free oats, then add golden honey, tart cranberries, crunchy pepitas and authentic New Mexico Hatch green chiles. Then our chef air-bakes it for a light crispiness. The result is a delicious little flavor adventure with just the right amount of heat.

It starts sweet.

Then comes the crunch.

And just when you think you have it figured out, the mild Hatch chile flavor sneaks up and says howdy! 🔥

Don’t worry, it isn’t mouth-on-fire spicy. Hatch green chiles are known for their rich, mellow flavor, making them the perfect partner for honey and cranberries. It’s sweet, savory, slightly smoky and just spicy enough to keep things interesting.

Enjoy Honey Hatch Granola straight from the bag, sprinkle it over yogurt, add it to a summer salad or serve it on a snack board with cheese and fruit.
