White Rock Granola's BULK-ONLY Collection delivers exceptional flavor and quality at a value-oriented price point. All air-baked, with gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients for that light, signature White Rock Granola texture and taste! All cholesterol-free, low in saturated fat, and lower in sodium than many traditional granolas.
Our BULK-ONLY flavors are specially crafted for food service applications, with textures that work beautifully in parfaits, smoothie bowls, breakfast bars, grab-and-go offerings, recipes, catering, and self-serve dispensers. Available exclusively in bulk packaging, these flavors are not currently sold at retail and do not have UPC's on the package.

Plain Jane
Sometimes simple is best. Plain Jane is our low-allergen granola made with just rolled oats, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and coconut oil. Its clean, straightforward flavor makes it ideal for bulk dispensers, breakfast bars, and food service applications where customers want a classic granola experience.

Berry Grove
Berry Grove starts with our beloved Plain Jane recipe and adds real freeze-dried strawberries and raspberries for a naturally bright berry flavor and beautiful color.
Light, crisp, and fruity, Berry Grove is perfect for yogurt parfaits, smoothie bowls, breakfast buffets, and grab-and-go offerings. It delivers all the versatility of Plain Jane with an extra burst of berry goodness that appeals to both kids and adults.
Bulkola
Our Bulkola blend combines two customer favorites: Orange Maple and Vegan Trail, into one versatile granola. We've intentionally created a lighter, less chunky texture so it flows more easily through bulk dispensers while still providing the satisfying crunch customers love. Featuring orange zest, maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and coconut flakes, Bulkola offers a bright, lightly sweet flavor with just the right amount of chewiness. Note that dried fruit may harden when exposed to cold. For blending with yogurt, use the two flavors above instead.
Packaging & Shelf Life
1 lb. to 5 lb. sizes: Packaged in large resealable bags, ideal for refilling containers, gift bags, or smaller food service operations.
10 lb. and 25 lb. sizes: Packaged bag-in-box style for efficient storage and dispensing. For maximum freshness, reseal the inner bag tightly after each use.
All bulk products have an approximate shelf life of 9 months when stored properly and unopened. Product may also be frozen to extend freshness.
